| Accounts
Receivable: Coverage is provided
for the money an insured cannot collect due to damage
to their accounts receivables. We may bind limits
of $50,000. The annual premium basis varies according
to the container in which the records are kept,
whether duplicate records are dept at another location,
the construction of the building and fire protection. |

| Computer
Coverage: This coverage is available for
several property and expense exposures as follows: |
- Equipment:
A network of machines and components
used for accepting and processing information
in order to produce desired plan results. The
equipment may be owned, leased, rented or the
responsibility of the insured.
- Data,
Media and Computer Programs: Data
and programs include concepts, facts or instructions
in a form that is usable in data processing
operations. Media are materials on which data
is recorded, i.e., magnetic tapes, disc packs,
paper tapes, cards related to processing.
- Extra
Expense:
Expenses to continue normal operation of the
insured's business in the event of destruction
to equipment, data or media. Extra expenses
are any operating expense over and above what
it normally would cost to conduct the operation
had no damage occurred.
- In
Transit: Up
to $5,000, newly acquired equipment up to $25,000
and newly acquired locations up to $25,000 are
included.
- Breakdown
Coverages: Provides extended
perils that includes loss by mechanical breakdown
and power failure or electrical disturbance
originating on the insured premises or within
500 feet from the building containing the covered
equipment.

| Coverage
is written on the basis of all risk of physical
loss by any external cause except those included. |

| Contractor's
Equipment Floater: Provides direct
physical loss or damage insurance on special equipment
used in the general contracting business. Coverage
is intended for larger pieces of equipment such
as road building machines, steam shovels, tractors,
bulldozers, power shovels, air compressors and
portable equipment used by a contractor. Policies
are written on a scheduled basis, which each piece
of equipment listed and an amount of insurance
specified for each. |
| Rates are not standard or
filed. Conditions vary from each risk such that
rates must be tailored in accordance with the hazards
of each account. The following criteria is taken
into consideration: |
- Light or heavy contractors equipment
- Scheduled or blanket coverage
- Deductibles
- Named perils or all risk
- Location and/or storage and usage of equipment

Installation
Floater: Coverage is available for
direct physical loss or damage on all kinds of personal
property to be installed in buildings or in the
open. Examples are: plumbing, heating, cooling and
electrical systems, machinery, printing presses,
structural steel, lumber, bricks and mortar, all
of which may be insured during transit to the building
site, while on the building site while being installed
and at a temporary location, but not after they
have become a physical part of the building. |
| Tool
& Equipment Floater: Coverage
is available on portable tools used by the insured
in his business. This coverage is not applicable,
however, to heavy tools and machinery or such property
kept at all times in or on premises owned, leased,
rented or controlled by the insured. |
| Valuable
Papers and Records: This insurance
provides the broadest available type of protection
necessary to adequately insure valuable papers
and records, the nature of which frequently has
great inherent value, susceptibility to loss and
mobility. Eligible property are books, maps, blueprints,
drawings, abstracts, deeds, mortgages and manuscripts. |
